Lasting two years, the programme gives you an opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of thousands of people across the country whilst gaining real business experience.

We are a subsidiary of Sanctuary Group, one of the UK’s leading providers of housing, care and community services. As a multi-million pound not-for-profit organisation, the Group is looking for high-achieving graduates with the potential and enthusiasm to drive the business forward. In return, the two year programme equips you with the necessary skills and commercial experience to get ahead in your career.

Beginning with a four week induction period, you will have a chance to see the other activities that Sanctuary Group is involved in, which stretch far beyond student accommodation. The programme is made up of four six month placements across the business which will allow you to work with colleagues from the corporate service functions and operational business areas. You might even get a chance to influence aspects of Sanctuary Students!
