Our flexible payment plans offer a variety of instalment options to best suit student finance realities. This is arranged at the start of the academic year, so students know exactly what needs paying and when.

Sanctuary Students encourages you to come and visit our sites and view our student accommodation properties and facilities. We’ve found many students, parents and guardians alike enjoy being able to see the accommodation for themselves – and we like meeting you, too!
We offer tours of the building, plus the chance to see a typical student flat to see what it’d really be like to stay with us. Visiting our halls is also the perfect opportunity to explore the surrounding area and find out where the campus and amenities are located.
You’re welcome to stay overnight in our student accommodation once your child has settled in – just let us know that you’ll be staying and make sure to sign in at reception.
