Oh no! Something need fixing? Don’t worry – we’ll send our superhero maintenance team to take a look and if they can’t fix it, we’ll call in our dedicated contractor.

How do I report a repair?

We’re on-hand to fix any faults any time of day, any day of the year. We may need to enter your room when you’re out to fix the fault. Let us know on the repair form if you would prefer to be around but this could cause a delay in fixing the issue. You can report a repair in the following ways:

If you need to report a repair for Great Wilkins Halls, Brighton, please complete a “Repair Request” form at reception.

If you need to report a repair to one of our Glasgow properties, please visit your relevant property page.

If you need to report an emergency repair outside of office hours, please call your 24-hour site number which is available in the reception area or within your resident guide.

How do I report a repair?

Can our contractors/staff enter your room/property while you are not there? If No, please ensure you are present on the days and times you say you will.
