Not to forget, you're just a stone's throw away from the picturesque shoreline, the iconic St. Mawes Ferry, and the historic Falmouth docks, offering the perfect blend of convenience and coastal charm.

Securing your accommodation should be a top priority as soon as your place at Falmouth University is confirmed. Given the limited availability of student housing in Falmouth, it's advisable to book as early as possible to ensure you secure a spot that meets your preferences. 

For second- or third-year students, we recommend booking at least six months before the term starts to avoid the last-minute rush and potential disappointment.

For those looking to live with friends, early booking is key. If you book early enough and there’s sufficient space available, you should be able to stay with friends. 

We recommend making early arrangements and mentioning each other in your applications to increase the likelihood of you being placed together. However, since we manage the property and not the bookings for Falmouth University, we cannot always guarantee you’ll be placed with your friends.

Your rent includes everything, except your personal expenses like food and drink.
