Input your email address associated with your student account (the one you used when you booked your room)
If our system recognises this email address and can match it to one stored on our booking system, we will email you an authentication email
Follow the instructions within the email to confirm your payment details
Click the link in the email and head to our dedicated website to input your new card details
The payment provider will validate your new card details
Please note: your card details must be updated at least 48 hours before a scheduled payment. Some payment providers outside of the UK may stop transactions overseas or limit the value of a payment on your card. To ensure your transactions are processed correctly, please contact your card issuer directly to notify them of the future payments on this card.
