Rebooking 2024 Competition (prize draw)
This competition is open for students with current contracts at the following Sanctuary Students properties:

Promotion Period: Enter between 20 November 2023 and 26 December 2023.
Additional entries will be allowed on the ‘as and when basis’ for the duration of the competition. These include donations to the charity at the property (ask at the reception for details about which charity). Subject to availability and current donation collection points at each property.
To enter
a. Except for Coopers Court: Simply fill out the form on the Competition flyer and return it to the reception before 26 November 2023.
b. Coopers Court: All you have to do is send us an email to CoopersCourt@sanctuary.co.uk with a subject line 'Competition Sanctuary Students - draw entry' by Sunday 26 November. Include your name, flat and room number.
The winners will be chosen from all eligible entries by random draw.
Sanctuary Students will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/be delivered.
By entering a competition, you indicate your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
All prizes are subject to availability. Sanctuary Students reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal value if for any reason it is unable to procure the relevant prize. No cash alternative is available.
Sanctuary Students will not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with this Competition or accepting or using the Prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
The winner agrees to their picture being taken when collecting the prize. The winner agrees to the use of their name and picture in any publicity material associated with the competition, as well as their entry.
By entering the competition, you give your consent for your contact details to be used by Sanctuary Students for the purposes of this competition. Sanctuary Students may not hold the prize and may need to share your personal details with a third party. Your data will be passed to the company that will provide the prize, but you will be told this should you become the winner of the prize requiring it.

The decision regarding any aspect of this competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
