A placement is a compulsory part of many degrees – from spending a year in business to doing a term on a farm as part of your veterinary course. Universities are now making arrangements to help students to continue/complete their placements – especially for final year students – which means that some placements will be undertaken in the first term of the 2020/21 academic year (i.e. this autumn!).
