Extend your contract - Treliske

As soon as we have the form we will review your request and seek confirmation on your eligibility (Student status or Key worker employed at RCHT). We will then confirm to you if we can extend your stay.  If we can, in some cases a room move may be required depending on availability.

The information you provide in this form may be shared with our partners to confirm your eligibility to stay in our accommodation.
