Booking a place in our Manchester student halls is easy. Select the building and room type you want and hit the big red ‘Book now’ button. Fill in the form, pay the £1 deposit and we’ll take care of the rest!

Once your place has been confirmed, you can pay rent through your Sanctuary Students account.

We recommend booking your Manchester student room as soon as you accept the place at your college or university. Manchester is incredibly popular and Sanctuary Students accommodation is very sought after. The sooner you can book, the better!

All prices for our private student halls are listed by each room type. Prices are quoted per week so you can more accurately predict prices according to school terms and whether you’re staying through the holidays.

Don’t forget, all rents are fully inclusive. So not only do we compare well to other student halls, all our rents include all bills, Wi-Fi, insurance, building maintenance, cleaning of social areas and everything else too!

You certainly can view the student halls before you book. You’ll see a green ‘Arrange a viewing’ button by each type of accommodation. Select that, fill in the form and we’ll get back to you to confirm the date and time.

If we cannot show you the exact room you’ll be staying in, we’ll show you the next best thing.

If you let us know the details and you all apply at the same time, you should be able to stay with your friends. Mention each other in your applications, book early enough when there’s sufficient space and we’ll do our very best to accommodate all of you.

No promises, though, as we get exceptionally busy!

All private student halls are fully furnished and equipped, so you’ll just need to bring bedding, towels, any crockery or kitchenware you want to use and anything to make your time here more relaxing.

You don’t need to bring furniture or large items, and you don’t need to bring a desk, either. Everything is here waiting for you.
