No, you don’t. We offer private student halls not affiliated with a particular institution. You can stay with us whether you’re studying at the University of Central Lancashire, Preston College, Cardinal Newman College or Royal Preston Hospital!

We have two buildings that offer private student halls. One on Moor Lane and one on Walker Street in Preston. Both are centrally located and are within a short walk or bus ride of the university and other city colleges. They’re also very convenient for the city centre, shopping, dining, culture, nightlife and entertainment too.

We make it as simple as possible to pay for your Preston student halls. Everything is done through your online account. You can pay through your account using bank transfer, credit card and a range of electronic payment methods.

None! There are no hidden fees or charges involved with our Preston student halls. You can reserve your accommodation for as little as £1 and arrange a viewing. All rents are fully inclusive, including internet, so the price you see is the price you pay.

The only extra charges you might incur are for damage, extra cleaning or missed payments. If you bring your own TV and watch live broadcasts, you’ll need a TV licence too, but everything else is included!
