Our Liverpool student halls are private halls. As we’re not affiliated with any particular university, our Liverpool student halls welcome students from all universities in the city. Whether you’re studying at the University of Liverpool, John Moores University, Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts or Hope University, you’re welcome to stay here! Our private halls ensure that you'll feel right at home with us regardless of where you study.

Our rent prices are either comparable to or cheaper than university halls, offering excellent value for money. The exact cost will depend on the specific accommodation you choose, but we strive to provide high-quality student living at affordable prices. 

Rents include all bills to offer value for money to Liverpool students, with things like on-site laundry facilities and free superfast broadband and contents insurance all wrapped up in a budget-friendly package.

Our city centre location also offers the added benefit of being close to all the amenities and attractions that Liverpool has to offer, which is priceless!

Your rent includes all bills apart from your personal expenses, like food and drink. This means your rent covers not only your Liverpool student accommodation, but also utilities like heating, electricity and water, as well as contents insurance, regular cleaning of communal areas, security with CCTV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and ongoing maintenance.

We aim to make your life as stress-free as possible, so you can focus on your studies and enjoy your time at university.

Your student accommodation in Liverpool comes fully furnished with all the essentials, so you'll only need to pack personal items like bedding, towels, and, of course, your personal belongings to make the space your own. If you prefer using your own crockery and glassware, feel free to bring those along too.

While we can't guarantee it, we always try our best to accommodate such requests. Let us know your preferences, and if we have the space available, we'll make every effort to keep you and your friends together.

Your accommodation is yours to call home throughout the academic year, including during the Easter and Christmas breaks. 

The only exception is the summer break. If you want to stay in Liverpool during the summer months, please contact a member of our team, and we'll be happy to discuss your requirements and find a solution that works for you.
